We developed a plan to help management improve the performance and profitability of a multi-office international law firm by analyzing how different practice groups and offices were performing, identifying best practices across the firm and in competitive firms and defining a realistic cost reduction and change program. By streamlining its administrative organization, the firm has been able to reduce costs, improve efficiency and make an immediate positive impact on its bottom line.
