Michelle has been working with Blaqwell since 2005.

Michelle has significant legal, consulting and management experience in the private, government, and academic sectors.

Michelle has worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. and for the Office of the President at Harvard University.

Previously, Michelle practiced corporate and bankruptcy law with a large Washington, DC law firm. She also served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she was a staff member of the President's Working Group on Financial Markets.

In addition, Michelle was the Executive Director of the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, a policy research center at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, where she implemented a strategic planning process, created a Board of Directors, and oversaw the management and operations of the Center.

Michelle received her J.D. with honors from Harvard Law School and her A.B. in Government with honors from Dartmouth College.
