Eileen has over ten years experience in finance, program management, and managing organizational change in global corporations. She brings to Blaqwell a wealth of knowledge regarding process improvement programs for aligning human capital and marketing with business strategy.

Before joining Blaqwell, Eileen worked at American Express Corporate Services providing advisory and analytical consultative services to its corporate clients. Her projects included sales force training and development, product-cross sell strategy, and leading organizational change within the sales force.

Eileen also has five years of experience in structured finance. At Paine Webber, she managed mortgage bond securitizations. As a CPA at Deloitte & Touche, Eileen created financial models valuing securities and managed a team responsible for structuring Freddie Mac transactions.

Eileen received her MBA from The Wharton School in strategic marketing and organizational behavior management and holds an MA in organizational psychology from Teachers College of Columbia University. Eileen graduated with her BS in Business Administration from New York University, majoring in finance and accounting.
