Martin Hill worked for seven years at Linklaters, focusing on organizational development projects whilst based in the HR and Strategy departments. His experience has ranged from the analysis of product / client profitability to the identification and analysis of merger partners, from workflow projects to organizational redesign and from developing training courses to designing competency-based appraisal systems.

Mr. Hill graduated from University College London with a degree in Psychology with Cognitive Science before completing his Masters at the LSE in Industrial Relations with Personnel Management and obtaining membership of the CIPD.
