Aileen was previously a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she was instrumental in growing the Law Firm & Legal Department Consulting Group. For several years she led both the Law Department Spending Survey and the Law Firm Statistical Survey. In addition to over a decade of consulting and operations experience, Aileen practiced law for over 15 years, both in-house in the financial services and insurance industries, and at a major New York law firm.

Aileen received an MBA from Columbia University in 1994 and a JD from Cornell Law School in 1977, where she was managing editor of the law review. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stony Brook University (SUNY) in 1974.

Ojas worked at JP Morgan from 2002 to 2003 as a Strategic Project analyst in North American Credit Derivatives. While there, he worked on various projects such as implementation of an inter-entity reconciliation tool. The team's work helped improve efficiency and accuracy while at the same time reducing costs. He also worked at Barclay's Capital, supporting the Interest Rates and Credit Derivatives Desks.
Ojas was a Founders' Scholar and graduated cum laude from NYU's Stern School of Busines, with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.

Ms. Globerman worked as an Associate Consultant with Blaqwell from November of 2003 through March of 2005. Previously to joining Blaqwell, Ms. Globerman worked at J.P. Morgan from 1999-2001. She spent the majority of that time in Acquisition Finance, where she focused on arranging financing for M&A transactions involving companies in various industries. She also worked in Syndicated Finance where she concentrated on bank loan financing for deals including mergers and acquisitions as well as other capital markets transactions. In addition, she worked in Credit Research where she was responsible for covering a portfolio of diversified oil and gas corporations.

goss.jpg Martha Clark Goss has more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive, director and consultant. She began her career at Chase, then moved to Prudential to become vice president and corporate treasurer, and later president of PruPower and Prudential Asset Management. In 1995, she joined Booz-Allen & Hamilton as chief financial officer and later moved to The Capital Markets Company, a high-growth start-up. She is a director of Foster-Wheeler Ltd. and was a director of Dexter Corporation before its acquisition by Invitrogen. Her non-profit boards have included Brown University, the Independent College Fund of New Jersey and the Financial Women's Association of New York.

Ms. Selak is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School. She worked as an Associate Consultant with Blaqwell from March of 2003 through the summer of 2004.

Previous to joining Blaqwell, Ms. Selak worked in several roles at Goldman, Sachs & Co. From 2002 through 2004, she worked in the Global Investment Research Division, focusing on coverage of consumer products companies. From 2000 through 2002, she worked in Goldman Sachs' Investment Banking Division in the Private Equity Banking group, advising public and private corporations and financial sponsors on a range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other financing products.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BA degree in Government and International Studies, Ms. Selak is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

rachelrobbins.jpg Rachel F. Robbins
Ms. Robbins was a founding partner of Blaqwell. In November 2006, she was appointed General Counsel and Executive Vice President of NYSE Group, Inc.

Ms. Robbins spent most of her legal career at J.P. Morgan & Co., where she concluded her 20-years of service as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 1996-2001. Most recently, Ms. Robbins served as Strategic Advisor to Axiom Legal Solutions and as a consultant to Citigroup, Inc. on international issues. From 2003-2004, she was General Counsel of Citigroup International. From 1976-1980, she was an Associate at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, New York.

Ms. Robbins served as chairman of the Board and President of American Bankers Association Securities Association (ABASA) from 1997-2000, where she was instrumental in developing industry consensus on strategic legislative and regulatory issues. She has served on the U.S. Treasury Advisory Committee on Financial Services (1996), Legal Advisory Committee of the New York Stock Exchange (1992-1995), Federal Regulation Committee of Securities Industry Association (1987-2001), and Executive Committee of the Securities Regulation Institute (1994-2001).

Ms. Robbins is Chair, New York Regional Board of the Anti-Defamation League. She is a Member of the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Law, a Member of the Board of Ishmael and Isaac, an Advisory Board Member of Axiom Legal Solutions, and an Advisory Board Member of Legal Momentum.

Ms. Robbins graduated from New York University School of Law, Order of the Coif, and Wellesley College, where she was a Durant Scholar.

Mason Kalfus
Mason has experience as both a strategy consultant and a practicing attorney. From 2003-2005 he was a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. His consulting work included a broad range of strategic, operational, and marketing projects in the consumer and retail sectors.

Prior to joining BCG, Mason was an associate at Wilmer, Cutler, and Pickering in the Washington, D.C. office. His legal work at Wilmer was primarily in the antitrust arena.

Mason received his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2000, and served as Comment Editor of the University of Chicago Law Review. After law school, he clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mason received his B.A. in 1997 from the University of Virginia, where he was an Echols Scholar with a concentration in government and economics.
